Uploading Community Documents

Store CC&Rs, architectural guidelines, minutes, budgets, and community policies in one shared library.

Updated June 19, 2026·HoatzinHome Team

The document library gives your board and residents one place to find important community records.

What to upload first

Start with the documents residents ask for most often:

  • CC&Rs or recorded declarations
  • Bylaws
  • Architectural guidelines
  • Rules and regulations
  • Meeting minutes
  • Budgets or financial summaries your board shares with members

Use clear names

Name documents the way residents would search for them. For example, use "WC HOA Architectural Guidelines 2026" instead of "final-v3-upload.pdf".

Choose the right category

Categories help residents and board members scan the library. Architectural guidelines are especially important because those documents can also support board-only document review threads.

Privacy reminder

Do not upload documents that contain Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or private financial information.
