Where to submit requests
Feature requests are submitted from inside the authenticated app because they are tied to your user account and neighborhood.
This lets us follow up when we ship something you asked for.
What to include
A good request includes:
- The problem you are trying to solve
- Who on the board or in the community is affected
- How you handle it today
- What you would expect the feature to do
- Whether it is nice to have, important, or blocking your workflow
What happens next
Requests go directly to the HoatzinHome team. We review them alongside customer conversations, product usage, and the current roadmap.
